Nanny Resende supports each couple from their first decisions through to the wedding day, turning their ideas into a clear, personal and reassuring plan. The service may include full planning, support with specific stages or on-the-day coordination only.

Planning and coordination

• Initial meeting and concept: defining the style, priorities and experience you want to create.
• Budget and schedule: organising costs, tasks and deadlines so that every decision is made in good time.
• Venue and suppliers: researching, selecting and coordinating professionals suited to the wedding and budget.
• Logistics and guests: support with timings, travel, the sequence of events and guests’ requirements.
• On-the-day coordination: coordinating the team and suppliers, monitoring the schedule and resolving unexpected issues.

Ceremony

• Church: support with research, availability and preparation for a religious ceremony.
• Civil or symbolic wedding: planning the ceremony at the chosen location while respecting the intended format and applicable requirements.
• Flowers and décor: selecting and coordinating the florist, arrangements, decoration and visual setting.

Reception and celebration

• Venue, catering and décor: coordinating the venue, meal service, tables, lighting and other elements of the setting.
